History
Pastor Richardson Jeremiah Berneus founded Reskape Church Family Ambassadors through Reskape Group, a prayer organization linked to Mission Rescapees International Ambassadors, starting in December 1998 in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Originating from prayer gatherings called "Starving for God" at Pastor Berneus's mother's home, the group aimed to deepen faith, learn hymns, and study biblical teachings, initially with only Pastor Berneus and vacant chairs.
